Is it illegal for girls to tan topless at the beach?
When I lived in California my girlfriend would always tan topless at the beach. We ended up going to Florida to visit family and before leaving we stopped at the beach, and while we were there she was tanning topless, and she was asked to put her top back on.
Is it different in different states, or different beaches? Or is it just not allowed at all?
different states i believe. In Ontario women are allowed to walk all over the place topless if they want. They determined it was against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms (its like the Bill of Rights) to allow men to do that and not women.
I’ve always wondered personally, if a girl under 18 walks around topless and someone takes a picture, is that child pornography??
