Effects Sunscreen Lotion
Which sunscreen lotion product is best suited for Indian climatic conditions especially south?
I want to know whether the usage of sunsceen lotion is necessary when we step out? Will it cause any side effects or so as it involves chemicals? And minimum of how much SPF is effective for South-Indian climatic conditions? I’m actually a resident of Pondicherry. Please also tell me a well-familiar product that works effectively. Is that a product with high SPF means it involves more of chemicals and therefore should be avoided ? And any precautionary steps needs to be taken when applying this lotion? Will the application of sunscreen lotion worsen the skin? Is Lakme sun expert okay?

SPF 30 for that climate, yes it involves chemicals.
If you are concerned about sweat causing it to run, seek out a brand that claims to be “sweat-proof” or water resistant.
Lakme is just fine, but try to get higher than SPF 15 – this is a MINIMUM!
