Peeling Milk Peel

Peeling Milk Peel
How to use sour milk for facial peel?

1) Can you just leave milk unrefrigerated to make sour milk?
2) If so, how many days should I leave it out?

3) How much sour milk should I apply to my face?
4) How many times a day should I do this?

5) Will lemon juice help at all?

Thanks for your help. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

leaving milk out on the counter will give you a pretty solid and smelling lump. I know you can add lemon juice to make a sour or buttermilk type product for cooking. What are you looking to acheive, a facial peel type of thing? If that is what you are looking for, I would use a unripe papaya for better and fairly quick results. Find a papaya that has quite a bit of green to the skin. Fork mash some of the fruit, you will not need all the fruit for the face but you can use on the body for winter dry skin (just not freshly shaved skin, OUCH!!). Anyway, put some of the fork mashed fruit on clean, moist skin. Leave on for no longer than 6 minutes and rinse off and put on a light moisturizer. Even though this is from a fruit, do not do this more than 5 times a year. You should see results in about 2 days, expect your skin to look really dry since you helped the top layer to quickly shed itself. I looked about 5 years younger my first time with this.
