hey guys vitamine c tablet can make skin white or fair when i take it?
my one friend told me she always take 1000mg vitamine c tablet per day to make skin fair becoz it’s have antioxident,if it’s true which brand makes pure vitamine c tablet for skin care?pls pls tell me
I take vitamin c all my life and my complexion never change. Antioxident helps protect your immune system. Maybe staying out of the sun help your skin fair or lighter.
