GODIVA Merchandise Order Problems?
I ordered some merchandise from godiva. This website sells skin care product. My merchandise was ordered on the 18th of August and here it is the first September. I have emailed this people three times . The only emailed me back from my first letter stating that they were having problems with their shipping carrier Fedex. Now their site states that they also ship UPS. All merchandise should arrive at your door with four days is you pay by credit card. (which I did)WORLDWIDE. I have called about my products and since the company is based in the phillipines like many of you may know these people kept forwarding to the next agent and the next…who does not know how to speak proper english or understand half the things I say.Has anyone had any problems ordering from www.i-godiva.com?. Which authority can I take this matter to so that I can get my money back or get my merchandise?. I am so angry at these people right now.
If the company did not meet their delivery guarantee then call your credit card company and report it as a possible fraud and that you want the charge taken off your card. You will probably have to put it in writing, but at least you are protected under federal law becasue you used a credit card.
